Lumencor interview questions

The phone interview was with someone from HR. Our conversation included information about the job role and goals along with who would be the this job’s direct supervisor. The questions aligned with many of the common ones asked such as where do you see yourself in 5 years. I was expecting an email with information about taking a DISC assessment test that was discussed in the interview but nothing arrived and I heard nothing after sending a follow-up email.

Nlight was quick with scheduling and they kept me updated through the entire process. They were friendly and helpful throughout the process. They are ontop of getting back to their candidates.
