I have found a job posting on an announcement website and called them. I have applied to the job by sending the CV and an detailed letter. After several phone calls I got the job interview. The first job interview took longer than I have expected. The job interview started with a psychological test (about 10 questions) and then with the explanation of the job. The job interview took longer than usual. In fact, it was 2 hours long. I was explained almost everything about the job and at the end of it, I was almost sure that I got the job. Still, in order to be sure, I have asked for some details and some homework to do in order to make them accept a second job interview with them. I really like the job and it did looked promising. The job looked to be genuine and fair. This is a red flag considering the fact that at the end, they did not pay the salary. The job interview to this fake job mimicked perfectly the genuine job interviewing process you can find to the "serious" jobs.
