I originally found the position on Craigslist Hawaii, and submitted my resume, soon after I received a phone call from the Dentist with questions about my philosophy of Dentistry. I expressed my passion for the industry and within the second phone interview I was offered the position. I used to live in Hawaii a few years prior to this interview. He was very comfortable offering me the position because I knew what to expect when I would move there. The Big Island is a very transient community, and some people can get frustrated with the lack of professional opportunities that are offered.
