Interview
I applied on their website but I was contacted for a different position due to my extensive experience in product management in the same industry. The recruitment process is based on two interviews: the first on the phone and the second in Zurich.
The questions are very general and easy and recruitment personnel is not so experienced and not qualified to assess the incumbents. Comparing to another recruitment process I made just the week before, this was poor and badly conducted. In my case, I was more senior of the people that were interviewing me. They don't know probably how to write and design a job position because I should have been told from beginning that I was overqualified for that position.
Furthermore they do not use evaluation system, scenario presentation and other HR techniques that should improve the recruitment process. They base probably the recruitment process on 1:1 interview run by unqualified people.
At the end, I asked them to give me an offer before a certain date (I had already one). They most probably did not like it. In any case they failed to send me any feedback before that time and I accepted the other offer.
