My interview process was lengthy with a unit direct, home manager, supervisor, all interviewing me on different levels. I was very nervous with the different levels of experience that was before me. But I sat that to the side. I then displayed me goals to help people, and service to public. I answered my questions directly with contact. Projecting my voice to be heard and understood well.
