I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lucky's Market (Gainesville, FL) in Dec 2014
Interview
Everybody was positive, built up the hype. A hard sell; made you feel like this was the next best thing, career wise. All lies to get you to commit. After six months of working, half of the original crew was gone. Only management was left, they were slowly fired or quit.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They don't ask the regular stock questions; they ask your favorite book, inspiration, hobbies. All smoke and mirrors; they don't care about the real questions because they are banking you will be gone in six months.

Interview
The same exact thing happened twice to me. First interview was great and was told one time and lead to believe the next that I was getting a job offer. I was asked to come back for a second interview with the store manager and it was a complete joke. No questions, no resume, just asked me about myself and then asked would you be willing to take a lesser job. Then asked me to email my resume because "we don't want to let a guy with your experience get away" interview was over and I never heard from again.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Lucky's Market in Sept 2016
Interview
I applied online and received an email from a recruiter to schedule an interview. I showed up for my scheduled time to find a sign up sheet and a line of chairs with others waiting to be interviewed for various positions. The interviewer confessed that he had not been given a schedule, and the applicants just kept pouring in through the door. I was told I would receive a second interview. I was never contacted.
My experience was that this process was unorganized and unprofessional.
