I was hired on spot, no interview. Though the interview process itself is very relaxed and laid back. Nothing to be intimidated by. Most are hired on the spot so the interview eventually turns into paperwork

Friendly, skill and experience focused. Managers were transparent about expectations and training. Experience was overall good and I heard back. The managers did not go into depth and I only had to attend one hiring event. I heard back within a week. The managers said a big plus for them was attitude willingness to learn and schedule availability.
