Must follow up on your own. Communication and structure seemed to still have a startup feel. Was a bumpy ride applying for 4 diff positions from a clerk, recruiter, global facilities, and Ops specialist. Made each one through to second round and the final interview for Ops although made it to the panel interview, never received a call back. Hiring freezes and hiring restructures took a huge toll during a 1 year process.

The first stage of the interview process took about a month. The team was very unresponsive, repeatedly said they were "checking for updates" for weeks, and drew out the process for longer than it needed. As a Recruiter, it's hard to want to work for a team that has such a poor candidate experience and I eventually pulled out of the process and went with a different company.
