Interview
Very unprofessional and left a very sour taste, was left wondering if I should take an offer even if I was given one. The recruiter only ever contacted me via email, that to only to set up the next meeting. No phone call to even explain the process.
After 2 screens and a 5 hour final round, no one got back to me. After following up with the recruiter, she emailed me saying they recommend me for a different role and if I'd be okay with that - a role that is not even relevant to my current role (from management to testing). My role and experience is quite a perfect match for their role so their switch was quite baffling to me. When I asked to learn more, they said they will find out and get back to me. No response.
It's almost as though the whole world is dying to join lucid and will take any position that is offered.

Standard tpm questions - experience, design process, some sw technical decision making.
Relatively straightforward and accommodating process. The recruiting teams were responsive and flexible. The job posting had some typos in it . The group presentation part was a good conversation and gave me a chance to show my work.
Recruiter call, hiring manager screening, few interviews with product (product sense and execution), design (collaboration, design) and engineering (Technical) and ended with a behavioral with VP. Everything happened over Zoom. Did not need to go onsite.
