I had a phone interview just recently. Applied for the Research Associate role, but due to my limited research experience, I think I did not pass the phone interview. It it okay, I'm just glad I had some experience in interviews.

The interviewer Noelle and Zi Yi were really nice and friendly, and asked questions from the resume that I have submitted to them. They made it a very casual setting and they were very chill people! I did not continue with their interview thereafter as I had a job offer.
