13 interviews. "Lucky" number 13, NOT. Long and cumbersome interview process. The recruiter that worked thru it with me was awful. No communication. No feedback. Nothing. I made it to the final round and I am pretty sure I didn't get selected because of my age. Terrible interview process and a waste of my time. I stuck with it though because I needed a job. Very frustrating.

Question 1
NA. I just wouldn't recommend that anyone go to work for this company. If it takes them this much to make a decision, imagine what things are going to be like if you are hired in?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lowry Solutions (Brighton, MI) in Oct 2022
Interview
The initial call went well, and I was promised feedback through the recruiter. The recruiter did many follow ups for Round 2 with the Sr Mgt contact. The company ghosted both the candidate as well as the recruiter as they were under tremendous pressure to keep the company moving fwd. with their strategic vision. No call backs or follow up provided. Very unprofessionally handled as they have to continue running the operations.

What is your experience with smaller ERP versions? Tell me about yourself
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lowry Solutions (Brighton, MI) in Apr 2019
Interview
I thankfully didn’t end up going further than the first hour of my 2.5 hour long “interview” slated for the day and was mocked, ridiculed, harassed, and literally laughed at by someone who calls himself an IT Professional. It’s unfortunate so many companies still have such disrespectful and out of touch “managers” that get away with blatant sexism and homophobia.
