I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lower (New Albany, OH) in Oct 2018
Interview
Wasn't too bad. The more you know about the housing and mortgage industries the better. My interview ended up being a lot of conversation and only a couple questions. Second round of interviews is a presentation in front of managers. As long as you prepare, you should be fine.
