Very easy. Having product knowledge would help land you the job. I was bounced around dept. to dept. Not a bad place to work short term but unless you make supervisor or specialist its not the end all. Management under one of the more newer Assistant Managers she very cliche oriented. Power trips everything. You might not like her.
It was Easy and I was able to get the job done. It was a good experience and I had a great time. Questions asked were about my experience with home improvement.
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.

Interview
I waited longer for the interview than the interview lasted, whole interview lasted about 10 minutes. They asked a few standard customer service type questions, like how you dealt with a difficult customer. They did not even want my resume.
