Professional HR manager at store level. Process took about 2 weeks start to finish. I had applied earlier then got a call to come in and interview. Orginally took online personality test then had 2 interviews.

Interview
Straight forward normal interview had questions about how I'd manage x amount of team members with x amounts of experience. but overall very basic interview with only differing questions on management styles/policy guidelines.
They wanted me to drool a little bit but that's not my style so they dismissed me as a serious candidate. They also expressed concern that I would not "be happy" there even though I thought I would.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement in May 2021
Interview
They were situational questions. Tell me about a time. There was about 5 total questions that were asked. Overall the interview questions were easy, they are looking for someone who can be a problem solver, team player, and adaptable.
