Interview
I was called in to be interviewed with HR. Then she called a zone manager and he interviewed me one on one. Then the store manager came and interviewed me. I went back to HR took a drug test and about a week or so later I got a call to come in. Most of the questions were about customer service and integrity.

So easy that you just need to be a normal person to get hired, they really just look for someone who can help out every customer and who can do a little bit of manual labor. you should be hired asap

The company has a very easy interview process and after a simple interview they offer a position almost right away. There is only one in person interview and usually a call back within a few days

Describe a time you went above and beyond to help a customer.
Laid back, personality oriented questions and general questions about how you would act in situations. Also questions about experience and why you want the job. One on one with HR, maybe a manager.
