They call you in and have you sit through an interview first with the HR manager, then the assistant store manager of our area, and lastly the store manager.

Interview
Consistent interview process, positive experience at bulk hiring event. First interview with SSM, then to Store Manager. If you make the grade there they give you an immediate drug test. If you pass they see if they can make an offer on the spot. After bulk hiring interview process changes a bit.
