Applied online. Interviewed with ASM and HR. Was called back in to meet with the store manager approx. 1 week later. They go back and forth asking questions. They are situational questions that are common in most retail management interviews. Meeting with the manager is about making him like you as a person, and convincing him that you can sale things by selling yourself.

Questions are standard "Tell me about a time when.." be prepared to tell stories about how you've lead a team to a goal, and what you've done to meet goals and make profits in the past.

Straight forward normal interview had questions about how I'd manage x amount of team members with x amounts of experience. but overall very basic interview with only differing questions on management styles/policy guidelines.
They wanted me to drool a little bit but that's not my style so they dismissed me as a serious candidate. They also expressed concern that I would not "be happy" there even though I thought I would.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement in May 2021
Interview
They were situational questions. Tell me about a time. There was about 5 total questions that were asked. Overall the interview questions were easy, they are looking for someone who can be a problem solver, team player, and adaptable.
