They just asked if I was okay with the pay and what I wanted to get out of working there/which department I would want to be a part of. Lowes seems to hire almost anyone, which is a plus but also means you work with some questionable people

Which department would you like to work in and why?
GM was extremely late for our interview. Staff appeared miserable. Before GM finally arrived for our interview, I heard him snap at an employee for trying to find him to answer a question they had. Immediately left before he greeted me. Albeit, almost 30 minutes after our scheduled time to meet. No thanks!

Interview
It was a really great and simple interview. They have some great staff and kind associates. Done very quickly the hiring manager is likable person stays with a smile on her face and is understanding.
