I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The process is very lengthy. It's with you attending a full day of a mock store pretend interview. You start with group meeting and then are given a folder full of assignments. With this folder you have to pick out the top priorities. Then you begin pretend working on these tasks you will receive phone calls and additional tasks. I did it all and was hired.
It was a waste of my time because it was nothing like a real day at Lowes.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Saint Louis, MO)
Interview
Pretty straighforward behavioral interview process. Starts with a screening, then interview with DM. Next round with Regional VP and HR, if passed then on to Divisional and HR. They moved very fast.
