Initial screening or recruiter. Phone and or e-mail contact. Face to face on site interview. 1/2 a day or more for the on-site process. Situational question as well as some 'fit' test questions.
Interview with HR and Senior managaers. If selected you will have a drug screening and background check. Look for decision within 1-3 weeks. Notified by phone / e-mail either way.

This was a first round interview. The interview was over zoom. Lowe's was using a recruiter for this position. This interview took around 15min. and i received a rejection email before the end of the day, which I appreciated.

Over the phone interview with a recruiter actually she found my resume on LinkedIn. Then about a month later she sent me a email telling me to apply for the position I applied and a few weeks later got a call for an interview with a store manager.
