Applied for job and got a call a week later wanting to set up an interview. Went in for the interview and was interviewed by the HR lady that called me. She asked behavioral type questions, such as what would you do in this type of situation. Then interviewed with the store managers and he asked the same type of questions. Got a call the same day offering me the job.

The interview was a brief 15-minute discussion of the hours you are available and scenario questions to see if you are a natural problem solver. It was low-stress and I had the chance to ask many of my own questions.

It was very casual and at the store. I was asked about 10 questions by one of the store managers. I did a drug test at the end of the interview after being offered a position.

Very easy people to talk to, don’t need to dress up for a fancy interview. Can wear nice jeans and a top. They ask very obvious open ended questions that is very easy to tell what answer you would like to give them.
