The interview consisted of a phone interview. I was contacted several weeks after I applied for the position. The interview consisted of behavioral questions, "tell me a time when ___, and how you _____." Never once did the interviewer make any indication that he had looked at my resume. This place was clearly looking for a machine not a human.
