I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Norman, OK)
Interview
The interview process was very standard in that they asked my previous job experiences. This included describing a situation in which you had to face a difficult situation. Most likely they would ask you to describe how you dealt with a difficult customer. What did you do to diffuse the situation and how did you go about solving the issue at hand. The whole interview process was just like any other interview and was not that big of a deal. I had the feeling that if you got to the interview then that meant you had the job already.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Framingham, MA)
Interview
The company has a very easy interview process and after a simple interview they offer a position almost right away. There is only one in person interview and usually a call back within a few days
