Lovepop interview questions

Phone screen was simple, but the individual seemed to know next to nothing about the actual role. Despite that, I felt that I built good rapport and they even hinted at me being an excellent candidate and that I'd be likely speaking to the team next week. Then a day later they declined my application after "much consideration". I asked for a reason why and/or for feedback and they ghosted me.

Brought me onsite after a screening, met with 4 people total - it was a very long day. One of the first employees interviewed me and was on his phone the entire time. Sent thank you notes to all interviewers and then was totally ghosted. As a recruiter now, I would never do that to a candidate who took the time to come onsite and sit through hours of interviews.
