Louisiana SPCA interview questions

Initial interview with 3rd party HR company. Great conversation and received good insights into the position as the rep had conducted other interviews for them in the past. Never got a call back or decline notification.

Quick phone interview with basic marketing questions about experience and such. My interviewer threw in a random question about euthanasia, and I get that they asked because it’s an animal shelter. However, questions like that can trigger someone, so that was NOT cool. Plus, when I asked my interviewer how long she had been with the company, and she only said a few months. I took that as a red flag as well, and the employee reviews is red flags galore in itself. I’ll take my expertise elsewhere…
