I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton in Jul 2023
Interview
First interview with the HR over the phone, very lovely. I had to introduced myself and answered to the questions. The second step was an interview with the managers of the store it was a great exchange, they ask me to simulate a sale with a product they brought me. During the process every single person was warm and welcoming so I felt comfortable and confident to give my best. If you prepare well your interview, you have every chance of succeeding.

Question 1
Q: Introduce you? Why do you want to work for LV? What do you know about the news from LV? What's a definition of a good customer service for you ? How would you handle a difficult situation with a customer? And Could you sell me this product ?
Prepared thoroughly, executed confidently, and delivered what I believe was my strongest performance—yet I’ve heard nothing back from LV. An unexpected outcome, and honestly, quite intriguing and still no response.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton in Mar 2026
Interview
I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.
