I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton in Nov 2019
Interview
3 interviews, first was an initial phone interview where they ask about scheduling, previous work experience etc. (this one is important because you want to make it to the next one) second interview is with a store manager where there are some repeat questions about previous experience and what type of PERSON you are as well as explain the brand/company goals. Then they moved me to meet with the regional manager. This interview had less questions and was more of a conversation about performance, expectations etc.

Question 1
What is an example of a time you showed leadership?
Prepared thoroughly, executed confidently, and delivered what I believe was my strongest performance—yet I’ve heard nothing back from LV. An unexpected outcome, and honestly, quite intriguing and still no response.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Louis Vuitton in Mar 2026
Interview
I was contacted fairly quickly after submitting my application, which I really appreciated. The interview was with one of the store managers and the conversation focused heavily on customer service, client relationships, and client building. The manager was professional and made the interview feel comfortable and conversational. Overall it was a positive experience, and I am currently waiting to hear back regarding a second interview with the general manager.
