Interview
It was a one way video questionnaire. 5 questions. Each question has 1 minute and 15 seconds to record the answer. And it's a one try question but you get 30 seconds to prepare your answer before recording the answer.

3. How would you define exceptional customer service. Provide an example when you have the extra mile for a client.
4. How would your friends and colleagues describe you, and why.
5. Provide an example of a time when you dealt with a challenging customer? How did you resolve it, and what was the outcome.
