I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lotus Broadcasting (Bakersfield, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Casual questions about vision and experience. Listen to airchecks, discussed on air style. Banter about ratings goals. Questioned about commitment and work ethic. Basic conversation about experience and skill. All the normal interview questions.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lotus Broadcasting (Fresno, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process was quite simple. I was already an employee so my resume went to the top of the stack along with a few other fellow staff members. Even for an outside individual the process is as simple as applying, having a good resume and background, and you will get an interview if you fit the needs of the company. There is not an on-line process it is old school brick and mortar company.
