I applied in-person. I interviewed at Lotus Boutiques (Birmingham, AL)
Interview
The interview was short, but really relax. It pays to wear their clothing and be fully energetic. She really wanted to know who I was as a persona and why I chose to work at Lotus. Great to be familiar with the current employees.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lotus Boutiques (Ga, Upper West) in Jan 2013
Interview
Met with the boutique manager. She was very friendly and kind, while still being assertive. Basic interview questions were asked(past experience, skill set, questions about the position) and I was offered the position after about thirty minutes of answering her questions. Decided to decline her offer, the pay rate she was willing to give me was rather low compared to what other boutiques are offering- though this may have something to do with the company not being a corporation.
