I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Los Angeles USD (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2020
Interview
Easy interview, they just want to know what experience you have and what makes you a good candidate for the team. Overall very easy, just make sure to be clear on what dates you worked at previous jobs

Interview
Interview process is organized but slow. The interviewer asks typical questions about experience in education and classroom management. Then you go through a series of trainings and onboarding that can take a while to get scheduled

Interview
Ou go into a cubicle and they briefly ask you questions about classroom management. They type up all your response, its a little disappointing as they seem not to be interested in your persona
Took months to be onboarded but my interview was relatively simple and straightforward. I interviewed over the phone and submitted my contacts for referrals. Then I had background checks, vaccinations, TB, required courses, testing, mandatory reporting.
