Worst HR team, so unprofessional, inconsiderate and think they can get away with it because it’s the Lakers. Horrible experience. 3 rounds of interviews just to be ghosted and told multiple times the next round was taking a while because of a busy season. Followed up several times. 3 months later, had to go on LinkedIn and find out for myself that someone else had been hired for the role. Not even an email saying they went with someone else. Team members I interviewed with were great and the difficulty was average, but this HR team needs a lot of work.
