The interview process was very smooth and very simple. It was nice to speak with someone that understood the role and the field it was in. When interest is present, things can move fast and that is what took place.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you tell me a little bit about yourself. Can you talk about your past experience and how it applies.
I applied online. I interviewed at Loot Crate in Dec 2020
Interview
The recruiter reached out via email for screening and immediately set up a 4 hour-long group interview for the next day without allowing time to prepare.
Overall, it was a tough interview, however, everyone on the team was very professional and personable. Although I didn't get an offer (they rejected me two weeks after the group stage) I found that LootCrate would be a great place to work if you can maintain your work-life balance with a fast-paced ever-changing company.

Question 1
Can you handle working in a fast-paced environment?
I applied online. I interviewed at Loot Crate in Jun 2019
Interview
I received an email after a week to schedule a phone interview. The phone interview was just okay. Seem like that really needed another person to clean up their HR mess. She was looking for someone who is familiar with health benefits and employee file organization.
That was the last I heard of the HR person. No follow-up or rejection email was sent.
