Interview
They make promises about money and successes and then have you go out onto the street with a team. Promise you'll see more to the job than just the street but that's not true
Conversational. It was a simple phone interview followed by an in person interview. Was asked general questions such as where do I see myself in the future, and also asked more specefic marketing related questions.

Interview
I was looking for a job and Loop got in contact with me very quickly and wanted me to come in for an interview in the next couple days. My first one went really well, Jill was very personable and seemed generally interested in me as a person. She then wanted me to go for a second round the next day. This was a full day of observation which was the most interesting and fun interview I have ever been on. I went out with James to observe him on what his typical day to day involves. This gave me a good understanding of the business even though this was just entry level and would lead to something much more. I must have impressed James because I was then sent back to the office for a third round interview with Mike.

Interview
The interview process was very quick. It was less than a 15 minute long interview. However for a short interview, the questions were asked very rapidly and needed quick response. This was slightly off-putting and seemed sketchy.
