It was a lengthy process of a phone interview as well as an in person interview. There was also a background check that was completed with only information gathered over the phone.

Online application is long, prescreen phone interview, regular interview questions (20 questions), aptitude test (long), math quiz (short), driving test (in an armored vehicle - about 5 miles), credit check (no outstanding debt or collections or write-offs), criminal check (clean to carry weapon), DMV check, polygraph (50 questions), drug screen, DOT and work physical. Must be able to obtain state in license, DOT physical registration, pass driving class
