LookFar interview questions

I sent in my resume through their website and quickly heard back and scheduled a general interview. This was a pretty standard general interview - broad questions about my technical experiences and getting to know me. I heard back in the next couple of days and scheduled a technical interview. I really enjoyed this part of the process - The developers that interviewed me didn't try to scare me. They were relaxed and genuinely interested in the work I brought in to show them.

Hiring was fairly flexible. I applied for a completely new position, then traded emails with one of LookFar's executive team. After a week of this, I was moved on to the next round of interviews, and came in for an hour-long interview with LookFar's business development manager. Questions mostly pertained to my background as a marketer and my current knowledge of emerging business trends, as well as the New Orleans tech and startup scene. After this, I headed to a final round, where I was asked to create a hypothetical content and social media strategy to promote an upcoming event. I whipped up a powerpoint, sent it in, and received an offer.
