Applied on the THG Careers website, received a phonecall from the recruitment team and then had an teams interview with a member of staff from head office. Then had to record a video stimulating a foundation match.

Interview
over teams, task involved and competency questions. Was a nice and relaxed atmosphere but also professional and informative. I understood what the role requirements were without any ambiguity and vigour. Was an exciting scope.
