Lonza interview questions

The interview itself was pleasant — I met with two supervisors who were friendly and asked standard questions. My biggest issue was with Lonza's recruiting team and their lack of follow-up communication. After my onsite, I was explicitly told I'd hear back promptly but had to send three emails over three weeks to get a response. This happened across two additional positions I was contacted about as well — both times I was told I'd hear back by end of week and was ghosted. The recruiting team seems to have a real problem delivering rejections to candidates.

There was a recruiter call first, he basically checked where I live, my experience for short and I got the first stage interview in a week; I will tell how it will go
