Lonsec interview questions

Very conversational. a few different questions on the types of experience applicable to the job. how I've managed different scenarios and how i would manage other future hypothetical ones. all round, quite surface level but not too difficult.

Interview was very informal. It was conducted over 2 meetings, one with a chief information officer and one with the CEO. We didn't just focus on my experience and background, but actually discussed how to approach the problems they were facing.
