Interview
I applied online and got an email the next day requesting for me to call within two days to set up an interview. I did and they scheduled one for the next day. I arrived at location (or so I thought) only to find that I arrived at the wrong one! The other one was 8 miles further down. Luckily I still made it even with time to spare. I sat waiting for a manager for about 15 minutes. She greeted me and seemed generally pleasant. We sat at a table towards the back of the restaurant and she asked me a few questions about past employment.

Interview
Got a job offer after the interview and never received a call back. Followed up twice & still nothing. Not sure what happened, but I just had to give up after exhausting all options. Ended up getting an email 2 months later saying that I didn't get the position. Very strange.
Had a great interview that resulted in a job offer but they never called me back & I followed up with them twice. A bit disappointed, but I guess it wasn’t meant to be.

About past experience as a server in various dining settings
Very easy - just asking a few questions about how you would handle customer service questions. Very easy interview process and the managers were all very nice - they want to see you succeed.
