I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at LongHorn Steakhouse (Fleming Island, FL) in Jun 2018
Interview
Interview was very brief and unprofessional. Nothing to really write home about, standard questions about previous experience, availability, et cetera. Two interviews standard for kitchen work, one with GM and one with the kitchen manager. Onboarding is very dull and will most likely pair you up with servers, so prepare to site through quite a few videos irrelevant to your work.

Interview
Easy going. Very friendly, just a couple of questions. The only thing was that they promised a call to another interview and it never happened. I was waiting for the call, it would be nice if they would called with a response.

Sat down with one of the managers first. Talked about my availability, my experience, and availability. After speaking with the manager, I spoke with the managing partner as well. Was basically asked the same questions by both.
