Initial interview was with a 4 person hiring committee via video. Questions were more formal with a 45 minute limit. Second round was with leadership and very informal. The interviews were very in depth and allowed me to synthesize the process and understand if I wanted to be with the institution.

Brief interview, longer interview with teaching demo, admin interview, references checked. Grueling process, but standard for faculty jobs. Did not end up with the job, but everyone made me feel comfortable.

Interview with a panel of faculty and staff and they take turns asking questions. They also ask behavioral-based questions such as how would you manage a student who came to you with problems that interfered with their academic success.
