It was a light discussion with the Lead designer, where we talked about my previous works and went through my design process. We also talked about a few design principles and alternative solutions to my designs.

The interview process was quick, a introductory and engaging round with a designer discussing skills and experience, an assignment task round to assess problem solving skills, followed by a portfolio presentation round.

Interview
Lollypop design studio has a 3 round interview for 2-3 years experience UX/UI designer. The process starts from 1st round which is an introduction about yourself and your skills and background after that they give you a task to create a casestudy on a problem and then you proceed to 2nd round which is a walk through for the same assignment and questions were asked after you qualify there is the 3rd and final round which more of a talk about your skills and knowledge test.
