Talked with both owners of the company, they were both very easy going and asked a lot of questions. They were very easy to get along with. Onboarding experience was great, everything was prepared for me to start my first day.

Interview
First they gave me an offline programming homework to do. They they invited me for an in person interview. There were 3 people in the meeting, one person joined later. They started with background and behavioral question. Then the technical part started by asking about some resume keywords. In the middle of one question, the forth guys came in and he asked another question. He explained a scenario and asked me to write code to handle the situation.

The interview was very lax, interviewer were like 5, each one asked different type of questions.
