First shortlisted based on cgpa. Students having CGPA above 8 were shortlisted .And then they asked for resume. After resume shortlist there were two round telephonic interview sections.

The Interview is quite good. He started with basic questions . He haven't asked any intro or resume based questions.He asked directly some technical questions.Questions are related to 2:1 mux , latch ,flip flop ,fsm ,sta , hold time , setup time , gates etc
Based on fsm. The input contains 104 bits and we have to take output of 128 bits
Draw an fsm for that and in how many states we haven't taken the output?
