Interview
The first interview was with Head of People & Culture. Then a second interview was arranged with one of the Principal. This interview was I really had to explain how I would be a great fit and add value to LBES. The last interview was with Managing Partner, there is where I had to explain I'm great detail what separates me from the rest and how I am a high performer.
