so basically the Interview Process was quite smooth and effective: There were 3 rounds of interview taken by two different interviewers
1st Round: HR round

I applied online. I interviewed at Locus RAGS (Calcutta) in Sept 2019
Interview
They just asked me about my capabilities as a content writer and about my experience in that field. They also asked from when can I join, because they were recruitment anyone and everyone who was willing to join as soon as possible. Those who were willing to join immediately they took a simple writing test and after that they just asks to join from that day only. But I really didn't like the fact that there's no paid holiday even if one's genuinely sick. If you take a leave 125% of the salary will be deducted.
