This was one of my worst experience. The interviewer doesn't have time to take the interview. The interviewer called me over phone and just had words with me for 8 mins. He was running as if he was missing a train. He didn't even let me complete my intro and the reason why I'm switching. I would like to suggest to company if your employees are super busy that they don't have time to take the interviews properly then please schedule the interviews after working hours or on week offs, so that you don't loose a potential team member.
