Screener interview followed by a hour or so long personality/cognitive test where they asked you to compare analogies and do advanced algebra. That was then followed by a group interview with all the higher up creatives followed by a design test that had no 'wrong answers' but they were secretly giving your decisions point values.

First interview - the interviewer was late by over 30 mins. Second interview went well. Arranged a 3rd interview with discussion of a start date and then was completely ghosted by the company.
