The interview process was efficient and overall great. They asked smart questions. However, in the last round with multiple voices it was challenging to share my POV as there were so many people talking over one another.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Lobeline Communications (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2022
Interview
They approached me on LinkedIn. Did two interviews via Zoom, which were great. The third interview was with the two heads (not the owner) of the company. One of them was nice, the other didn't know anything about me-- never saw my resume or previously recorded interviews. In my professional opinion, if you're going to interview someone at the third stage, you should know more about the candidate's background. I also caught him looking at the time because he had to leave and go to Vegas for fun. Found that a little odd too.
Overall, everyone was nice, but I was not offered the position because my qualifications didn't quite match. I wish they had really studied my background a little more thoroughly before approaching me. I am very transparent about the skills I bring to the table. I knew I wasn't getting the offer when I left there. That's okay, I just wish though that I hadn't wasted my time.
